Fabrication and Treatment
The shape of your piece is brought to life through expert steel fabrication. The skeletal structure of the project is treated with phosphoric acid for rust prevention, ensuring longevity, and then a high-quality galvanized paint is applied to further protect the steel armature. This foundational process is critical to the enduring quauity of each piece.
Sculpting and Detailing
Using a proprietary mix of fiberglass reinforcement, high-performance polymers, and high-strength cement, we sculpt a high-strength structural coat onto the frame, followed by a detailed coat that brings the texture to life. This careful selection of materials ensures both durability and aesthetic appeal, each piece a lasting investment.
Sanding, Coloring , and Sealing
Each piece is meticulously sanded to enhance realism, and provide the perfect feel. The staining process starts with layering the perfect tones for the desired look. Then a high grade sealer is applied for even more protection.
